Vacant position - Sales Manager, South America

Represented world-wide JS Proputec A/S continues the growth strategy, and part of the strategy is to be represented in the region, South America by our own Sales Manager. 

JS Proputec A/S is a 40-year-old successful Danish company manufacturing a wide range of patented and specialized products of very high quality for food processing industries world-wide.

The product range covers lamella pumps as core product and is supplemented by pipe cleaning systems, infeed hoppers and more enabling us to deliver complete customized solutions. These are sold and used in a wide variety of applications, where pumping, grinding, dewatering and transportation is needed.

Matching our ambitious goals, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager, who can work independently with already known customers as well as finding new customers.

You will be referring to Sales Manager, Anders Rytter Madsen who is in Denmark at the Head Quarter in Hjoerring. 

 

Job description:

  • Conducting market analysis and developing go-to-market plans for new customers.
  • Formulating and executing the local strategy for the region: South America.
  • Booking customer meetings and creating visit reports for the Sales Manager based in Denmark.
  • Participating in weekly Microsoft TEAMS meetings with the Sales Manager in Denmark.
  • Attending conferences and fairs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Delivering product training to new customers.
  • Identifying relevant contact persons for agent/distributor agreements.
  • Quoting customers and leading nurturing activities to maintain relationships.

 

The right candidate possesses these qualifications:

  • Is a reliable and professional communicator.
  • Possesses the ability to maintain and close offers.
  • Has a big personal drive, and an innovative and development orientated state of mind.
  • Possesses a good mood and a positive attitude.
  • Speaks and write in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Preferably located in Brazil
  • Is motivated by setting goals and achieving these.
