Customized Products

JS has vast experience in producing customized solutions such as large stainless-steel receptacles for unloading product from trucks.

The example shows, the bin is installed with double-sided transport screws at the bottom of the bin, which are feeding the lamella pump to transport the product into the factory line. If the bin is for outdoor installation, the bin can be fitted with a pneumatic stainless lid to keep wind and rain out.

The design takes into consideration that transport is costly. Therefore the JS design team decided to design and construct the bin in two parts, which allows transportation by ordinary means.  

From start to final delivery JS was involved in all the details and carried out the customer survey, full design, proposal and drawing of the turnkey solution.

Next example is a mixing unit equipped with a large rotary mixer designed for installation in the fishmeal industry.

The purpose of the mixing unit was to ensure the best homogeneous mixing of the product before it was passed on to 3 original lamella pumps in special versions, V-angle output and in HP (High performance) version.

The Mixing Unit was produced in stainless-steel and with pneumatic shut-off valves in front of each pump.

From start to final delivery JS was involved in all the details and carried out the customer survey, full design, proposal and drawing of the turnkey solution.
