In August, Tom Christensen and Claus Hedegård, two of our highly skilled and experienced team members at JS Proputec A/S, went on a journey to our valued customer Pelagia Feed's location in Killybegs, Ireland. Their mission: planned maintenance on the customer's JS equipment.

These kinds of visits are beneficial for both customers and JS.

The equipment is maintained, and the customer gets a chance to see specific hands-on steps in relation to service and maintenance, and they can ask questions and get expert advice at once. This will train them to do service and maintenance themselves.

Simultaneously, for us at JS Proputec, being on-site during these maintenance operations provides invaluable information about how our equipment performs in a variety of real-world applications. This firsthand experience strengthens our bond with our customers and further deepens the trust we've cultivated.

At JS Proputec A/S, trust is a cornerstone of our values, and we cherish every opportunity to connect with our customers in person.
