The United Nations has set out a roadmap for a sustainable future, and it's crucial for businesses to align with these goals.

Our roadmap is ready - and we are ready to act!
At JS Proputec A/S, an internal sustainability project was successfully concluded in March 2023. The outcome was a choice to concentrate on SDGs 3, 4, and 12. Our roadmap is set, and we are ready to act on various green initiatives. Let's delve into these goals.


Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
Ensuring the well-being of our employees is paramount. We are initiating well-being surveys to identify areas for improvement, creating a healthy corporate culture. Our commitment to our values is visible both internally and externally. We've developed robust onboarding concepts and introduced annual team-building days, striving to be one of the best places to work in Denmark.
 

Goal 4: Quality Education
In order to invest in the future, we're recruiting more trainees and apprentices, particularly in production and administration. We're enhancing collaboration with students and flexi-jobbers, participating in job and career fairs. Our CSR strategy is evolving, and we remain dedicated to the Youth Guarantee, offering relevant training and skills development for employees.

Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
Sustainability is at our core. We're investing in solar panels for our electricity needs, reducing energy and heat consumption. Our commitment extends to reducing packaging consumption by 50%, with a long-term vision of 100% recycled packaging. We're driving change by demanding greener steel, setting recycling standards for suppliers, and prioritizing sustainability in our supply chain and product design.
