Werner Larsson Fiskeeksport A/S is one of Skagen’s oldest and most reliable seafood producers rooting back to 1932. The company mainly manufactures herring and mackerel of the finest quality, which is distributed world-wide.

The company is innovative and flexible and adopts accordingly to the increasing demands for healthy and nutritional seafood worldwide.

Werner Larsson already had JS Proputec equipment installed at their factory - a lamella pump, which pumps gills to a container.

Recently, Werner Larsson employee René Grusgaard contacted JS Proputec, as they needed a pump suited for pumping of matjes fillet.

This should be an upgrade from the current solution: transportation of fish in bins with a forklift.

Werner Larsson is one of JS Proputec’s danish customers, and Sales and administration coordinator, Rene Grusgaard says:

– The solution from JS Proputec has optimized our processes, and it saves us the time transporting the fish in bins with forklifts. Now the fish is pumped 80 meters in pipes instead.
