Screw Conveyor

Screw Conveyors from JS Proputec are designed for efficient transportation of material from one place - to another in a production. It consists of a rotating screw blade, which is usually placed within a trough when moving high viscosity materials.

Screw conveyors are also often used horizontally or at a slight incline as an efficient way to move high viscosity materials such as food waste, animal feed, bone meal and much more.

Inclined conveying is a very economical method. As the angle of inclination increases up to 45 degrees, the capacity will remain.

The screw conveyor capacity will depend on different factors such as size and material, we do offer a screw diameter up to Ø1000 mm according to your wishes. It is available in stainless steel, mild steel or a combination of the two.
