Two massive press screws are ready for service – and so are we!

When producing large volumes of products, robust and reliable equipment is essential – and that’s exactly where JS Proputec A/S comes in. We don’t just design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality process equipment – we also handle the service and maintenance.

That’s why these two giant press screws were delivered to our parking lot.

With some serious lifting gear, they’ve now been moved into our production facility, where the real work begins. Some of the screw flights will be replaced, and hard facing will be welded on to ensure maximum durability and performance.

Our customer, TripleNine in Thyborøn, operates large-scale facilities for handling raw materials and producing high-quality fishmeal and fish oil. Processing such massive volumes requires equipment that’s built to last – and we’re proud to have been their trusted supplier for many years.

TripleNine Thyborøn is one of four major production sites within the TripleNine Group, a world-leading producer of premium fishmeal and fish oil with operations across Europe and South America.

This service project will take several weeks to complete, and we truly value the long-term partnership we’ve built with TripleNine.
