Worn flight edges built back up to original or improved dimensions. The most common refurbishment task and the one that restores the most pressing capacity.

Wear-resistant material applied to flight edges and high-wear zones.
Options: conventional hardfacing, stainless cladding, or hard metal wear protection.

Bearing journals, drive ends, and shaft areas repaired or rebuilt to full specification.

When flights are too worn or damaged to rebuild, we remove and replace entire sections or all flights. The screw comes back performing like new, often with improved wear protection compared to the original.
