JS Shipment for fish-processor

JS Proputec Area Sales Manager, Casper Nørgaard Jensen, who is responsible for our customers in the Faroe Islands, recently took part in improving a pump solution for a fish-processor in the Faroe Islands via local distributor PF. Leif Mohr.

The by-product from their production is either pumped to a set of plate freezers or to a tank truck for further transportation. For this pumping application JS is replacing a mono pump which is in need for repairs every month. This was both expensive and inconvenient. Casper Nørgaard Jensen says: “Our upgrade suggestion resulted in a JS LAP150 Lamella Pump for which we expect about 2-4 years between services in this application. Furthermore, the customer chose our easy clean solution which allows them to easily clean the pump and inspect the condition of the wearing parts to avoid sudden production stops.”

Understanding end-user needs often results in upgraded solutions, and this is very fulfilling for all parties. More exciting projects are in the making and we look forward to yet another happy customer.
