Claus Hedegård – one of our most skilled and experienced employees packed his bags, got on an airplane, and arrived at the customer to do planned maintenance on their JS equipment.
These kinds of visits are beneficial for both customers and JS.
The equipment is maintained, and the customer gets a chance to see specific hands-on steps in relation to service and maintenance, and they can ask questions and get expert advice at once. This will train them to do service and maintenance themselves.
On the other hand, JS, and the JS employee, who is on-site gets useful insights as to how the equipment is performing in various kinds of applications, and the relation to our customer is strengthened.
