Capacity expansion at Prima Protein in Norway

Our client has built a new fishmeal factory in 2018 and from the beginning JS Proputec was chosen to supply the equipment for raw material transportation.

Now, the factory is expanding and improving their unloading and raw material handling facilities. For this project JS has supplied a customized solution, containing 2 stainless steel bins and a JS 350 Lamella Pump which will move the product from the receiving bin to the raw material tank.

Furthermore, yet another JS 250 HP Easy-clean pump was added after the cooker to supplement the 2 existing pumps which were originally installed when the plant was constructed.

In addition to this project, JS performed a complete renovation of all the existing pumps in 14 days which makes Prima Protein prepared for the 2021 season.

The shipment has already left our factory leaving everyone ready for a nice holiday.
