Six events in six months.

The first half of 2026 has taken the JS Proputec team across countries, continents, and industries.

Between March and June, we attended six industry events in five countries, meeting customers, partners, and professionals from across the aquaculture, seafood processing, rendering, and agri-food sectors.

And along the way, we gathered a lot of impressions, conversations, and photos.

Six events in six months

Our event season began in March at AquaSur in Puerto Montt, Chile, where Cleo and Arthur represented JS Proputec at one of South America’s leading aquaculture exhibitions.

In April, Anders, Morten, and Anne travelled to Seafood Processing Global in Barcelona, Spain, one of the world’s largest trade fairs for seafood processing.

May was a particularly active month. Cleo and Arthur returned to South America for ExpoPesca in Manta, Ecuador, followed by FENAGRA in São Paulo, Brazil, where they met professionals from the fish processing, meat, and agri-food industries.

At the same time, Anders, Morten, and Mathieu attended the EFPRA Congress in Tenerife, Spain, an important annual meeting point for the European rendering industry.

The first half of the year was rounded off in June at the EFFOP Member’s Conference in Germany, where Anders, Morten, Casper, and Peter represented JS Proputec.

A look back in pictures

Trade fairs and conferences are an important part of how we stay close to the industries we serve.

They give us the opportunity to meet people face to face, listen to what is happening in different markets, and better understand the challenges and opportunities within by-product handling, food processing, rendering, and related industries.
