Full scale test

Efficiency in motion powered by our team in Brazil!

In October, the technical team at JS Proputec Brasil carried out a full-scale test of a lamella pump at an industrial plant in Paraná, Brazil.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿: 𝘵𝘰 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵’𝘴 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘺-𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘴.

And the outcome?
Exactly what we aimed for: a clean, continuous, and highly efficient transfer process.

From precise installation to seamless operation, everything followed the plan.

But the real highlight came when the pump faced its toughest challenge:
handling whole chickens, feet, carcasses, viscera, and even heads with mixed feathers – all without a single blockage or loss of flow.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

The team also ensured that best operational practices were followed, including preventing dry running and maintaining consistent internal lubrication, securing the pump’s long-term performance and reliability.

The result: Test approved. Expectations exceeded.
