Today, she spends time with Tom, one of our most skilled and experienced employees in our production, and she is following every step of the pump assembly very carefully, asking questions along the way.

Valuable time spend, which gives her a basic understanding about the lamella pump construction itself, and she gets to see and feel every component needed to assembly the specific pump type.
