Grinder

The competitive choice

Although extremely efficient, The JS Grinder imposes a low initial investment. Furthermore, the running costs are low due to very low energy consumption.Grinder

The JS Grinder is suited to grind various industrial materials. Initially, the JS Grinder was designed to grind fish on the big trawlers in Alaska and USA. However, the grinder has proven to be suitable in other applications as well.

The JS Grinder is equipped with a unique cutting system consisting of three sets of star-shaped cutting blades, which can be combined to fit user needs.

Example of cutting blades configuration

Depending on the material, the blades can run op to 2,000 hours before an overhaul is needed.

The grinder consists of a screw, which will transport the material to the blades. The speed of the screw and the cutting blades can be adjusted separately due to the presence of two motors. This configuration ensures that the end product will be as finely minced as required and that the flow rate can be easily controlled.

As a safety feature, the grinder is provided with a safety shield, which will stop the grinding process when the safety shield is elevated.

The JS Grinder processes up to 38 m3 material per hour and is made of a combination of mild steel and stainless steel to comply with demands of hygiene.

This machine is easy to operate and requires no skilled labour.
